Pickup and return that saves you time

Short on time? Let us pick up your vehicle at a place that works for you. Schedule by text, email, or phone and we’ll confirm an agreed pickup and drop-off window.

We transport your car to our shop or service it on-site and complete the premium detailing you chose. While your vehicle receives interior and exterior care, we keep you updated so you know the status. When the work’s done, we return the vehicle clean, protected, and ready to drive so you can keep your day.

How we handle your car so you can keep your day

Want to hand us your keys and forget the logistics? We designed pickup-and-return to save you time and stress. You pick the window that fits your schedule. We handle the rest, from transport to final inspection.

When you book, one team member becomes your single point of contact. They confirm pickup details by text, email, or phone and send a pickup window so you know what to expect.

Scheduling, keys, and vehicle intake

On pickup we document the vehicle condition with photos so everything is clear before service. You can hand us keys or use a pre-arranged drop location that fits your routine.

We confirm any special requests and note service scope so there are no surprises. If you want details about what we can and cannot do on-site, see our mobile detailing guide.

Custody safeguards, service flow, and final checks

While in transit, your vehicle stays with an insured driver and our vetted transport process. We maintain clear chain-of-custody records and keep you updated if timelines change.

At the shop our technicians complete the agreed services, from deep interior cleaning to paint correction. During work we document progress and share photos if you want real-time updates.

Before return we run a multi-point inspection and a lead technician signs off on the job. We capture final photos so you can see the before-and-after results yourself.

  • Check exterior surfaces for missed spots, swirl mark correction, and coating coverage.
  • Verify interior vacuuming, stain removal, and odor treatments are complete.
  • Inspect glass, wheels, and door jambs for a showroom-ready finish.
  • Take final photos and have the lead technician sign off before scheduling return.

We aim for full transparency through text updates and photos at key milestones. That way you stay informed from pickup to the moment we hand back the keys.

Prep checklist for a smooth, contactless pickup

Short on time? A few quick prep steps make pickup fast and low-contact.

We recommend confirming keys and access instructions when you book. That prevents surprises and keeps your appointment on time.

Before we arrive

Remove personal items and valuables from glove boxes, consoles, door pockets, and the trunk.

Clearing loose items protects your things and lets our team clean every surface deeply without moving your belongings.

  • Clear loose items from seats, floor mats, and cup holders so nothing gets lost during service.
  • Remove valuables from the glove box, center console, and trunk to avoid accidental damage or misplacement.
  • Leave at least 3 to 5 feet of unobstructed space around the vehicle so our technicians can work safely and efficiently.
  • Tell us about unusual access needs, like garage remotes, push-button starts, or dead-battery instructions.
  • Provide keys or secure access instructions in advance, such as gate codes, garage codes, or a lockbox location.
  • If you prefer to be absent, set up a lockbox or agreed drop location and confirm it with your booking contact.

After-hours handoffs and payment options

We offer after-hours drop-off and pickup to fit busy schedules.

When you arrange off-hour service, we confirm the exact drop location and pickup window so nothing is left to chance.

We accept major credit cards and digital payments for convenient, contactless checkout.

For unattended handoffs we ask for a signed authorization or a clear text confirmation so everything is documented.

Privacy, safety, and documentation

We disinfect high-touch surfaces when we access your vehicle and again before we return it.

Our team documents condition with photos and keeps a simple log showing who accessed the car and when.

We handle scheduling, updates, and receipts by text or email to minimize in-person interaction and keep you informed.

Follow this checklist and your pickup will be quick, secure, and hassle free.

Which jobs we can pick up and which need shop time

Not sure whether pickup works for your service? We try to make pickup simple, but some jobs need shop conditions.

We’ll always confirm whether your chosen service is suitable for mobile pickup when you book. That upfront check avoids surprises on pickup day.

Services that travel well

Interior-only deep cleaning is routinely done after pickup and generally takes about 4 to 6 hours. This includes extraction, steam cleaning, and odor work when needed.

Standard full-service detailing that covers both interior and exterior is usually completed in about 4 hours. More intensive decontamination or sealants commonly push the job to 5 hours or more.

Many certified technicians can perform single-stage paint correction and ceramic coating on-site. Mobile coating and polishing work require a clean, shaded space or garage to control dust and temperature.

Jobs that typically need shop time

High-end, multi-stage paint correction and multi-layer ceramic systems often require 16 or more labor hours. Those jobs may span multiple days for prep and curing.

Undercoating and heavy rust-proofing reliably require 1 to 2 days and specialized lifts. For safety and proper prep, we perform those services in our shop.

How we handle condition surprises and extra fees

On pickup we document the vehicle condition with photos and inspect for heavy pet hair, deep stains, or biohazards. If we find issues, we contact you before proceeding.

Extra labor or specialized equipment means a supplemental charge and a revised delivery window. We won’t proceed without your approval.

  • Distance or out-of-area fees may apply if your location is outside our primary service radius.
  • After-hours or convenience pickups often carry a modest premium versus standard scheduling.
  • Pet-hair removal is labor intensive and typically adds $25 to $75 or more depending on severity.
  • Biohazard or excessive contamination work usually starts around $120 and needs extra handling.
  • We don’t provide towing for non-drivable vehicles. Those must be taken to the shop before work begins.

If you suspect odors or heavy contamination, send photos when you book. For deep odor remediation details, see our guide at How to Eliminate Persistent Car Odors: Expert Guide.

Peace of mind from pickup to return

Short on time? Expect clear scheduling, a secure handoff, and photos at intake so your vehicle’s condition is documented.

We tailor pickup windows to your schedule and run a multi-point inspection before return. You’ll get an itemized service report, before-and-after photos, maintenance tips, and warranty information when applicable.

  • An itemized service report that lists the work we completed.
  • Before-and-after photos of problem areas so you can see the results.
  • Maintenance tips to protect coatings and finishes between visits.
  • Lead technician sign-off and final photos before we schedule return.

We insure transport, log custody, and disinfect high-touch areas for privacy and safety. If you have special requests, tell us when you book so we can accommodate them.
